Why does Carcross heritage matter? Share your thoughts by taking part in a short questionnaire on what aspects of Carcross heritage are most important to you.

Feedback received from the questionnaire will help inform the development of the Carcross Heritage Management Plan. 

Yukon Government, with support from Carcross Tagish First Nation and the South Klondike Local Advisory Committee, has started developing a Heritage Management Plan for Carcross.  This plan will help preserve and manage the community’s existing heritage resources, and will help guide new construction so that the heritage character of the community is maintained.  

The draft Plan is scheduled to be presented to the community in mid-June and the final plan is scheduled to be completed by September 2015.  Your input is very important to us!
